FAQ'S
What Equipment do I use?
Rifles
I use an Anschutz 9003 model Air Rifle .177 cal
an Anschutz 16 series Model 54 .22 cal Rim Fire Rifle in an Alloy Stock.
A Bleiker Challenger .22 Rim Fire Rifle in an Anschutz Alloy Stock (currently available for sale through acme firearms. This is the rifle I competed with in the 2008 Olympics).
I use An anschutz tension rench to set bedding screws.
Sights
Sights used in Small Bore Rifle Competition are called peep sights. We can not use magnification, we can not use scopes
All my sights are made by Anschutz but I use Centra Iris's and diopters.
Clothing
All my competition clothing is Kurt Thune.
My Jacket, pants, under garments, gloves, sling and boots are made by Kurt Thune. I wear Bonds Jocks and Explorer wool socks.
Rifle Case
I use a Pelican made case to protect my Rifles when travelling.
Cleaning
I use VFG wool felts to clean my barrels.
I use VFG cleaning compounds in my barrels.
I use a VFG cleaning rod.
I use Balistoil on moving parts and in cleaning process.
What is my favourite Calibre?
My favourite calibre is 300 Winchester Magnum.

General Questions
When did I start to want to become an Olympian?
I decided I wanted to compete in the Olympic Games when I was 8 after writting a letter in the letter link Program in Primary school. I didn't receive a reply from the shooter I wrote to. I decided I wanted to take up shooting and be better than them.
Have I played other sports?
When I was at school I played different sports. I have played Australian Rules Football, Soccer, Tennis and Softball.
Tennis is my favourite sport to play other than shooting.
How old was I when I started shooting?
I was 14 when I started to shoot Small Bore Rifle at a Club.
I competed in my first International event overseas when I was 19.
How many Clays have I shot?
I have not shot many clay targets.
I shoot paper targets at 10metres with a .177 air rifle.
I shoot paper targets at 50metres with a .22 rim fire rifle.
What is my favourite Food?
My favourite food is chocolate.
What is my favourite music band?
Ministry of Sound or Sneaky Sound System at the moment.
What is my favourite football team
Saint Kilda is my favourite AFL football team.
What is my favourite car
My favourite brand of car is Holden.
I drive a V8 Holden Ute.
What is my dream car?
My dream car is a Holden ute like a WB with a Formula One motor in it.
How many Medals have I Won?
I have won a lot of Medals. I have more than 200 medals in my collection.
The Two Medals I am the proudest of are my Commonwealth Games Teams Silver medal and Individual Bronze Medal.
Have I competed in other Olympic Games?
The 2008 Beijing Olympic Games were my first Olympics.
I have competed in two Commonwealth Games- 2002/2006.
Do I have any brothers or sisters?
I have one brother, he teaches English in Japan. He is two years older then me.
Do I have a role model?
I do not have a role Model. Rather than aim to be like someone else, I have my own goals that I set out to achieve.
